The stones are part of a sponsorship programme, commemorating those minorities who were persecuted and murdered during the nazi era. The stones were sunk at the places where the persecuted had their last residence before being arrested. Students of the above mentioned classes have cleaned the stones, placed flowers next to them, thus commemorating the victims.
This project is part of their preparation of the “Meile der Demokratie” which will take place on January 16 this year.
